Peyton is 3 months old! 365 days of photos. Day 86.
- June 6th, 2011
Remember this little girl…well… she is actually 4 months old as of yesterday, but life get’s busy so we ended up taking her “3 month photos” with only a few days to spare! But we got them done and man was she fun to hang out with! The Meekin’s are dear friends of ours and I love every opportunity I get to chat with them… and of course hang out with their wonderfully happy little girl!

Chloe’s Cake Smash. 365 days of photos. Day 34.
- April 15th, 2011
One of my best friends niece’s turned one this year. I have seen this fantastic idea on a few blogs, Take 5 Photography and Courtney Jade Photography and decided it would be fun to try out. The basic idea is you put your little one in front of a cake and let them destroy it!
This was my first shoot like this and I definitely learned a lot in regards to background, lighting and the hunger of the child… no snacks before… haha! I love doing shoots like this for friends and family, they let me play and explore ideas so I can grow, learn and improve. And didn’t Aunt Liz do an awesome job on that ducky cake! If you need a specialty cake definitely check out Artisan Cake Company, she can sculpt your vision into art… that you can eat!
Thanks for the super fun adventure Sharee, Jake and Chloe!

Little Miss Ella. 365 days of photos. Day 24.
- April 5th, 2011
Back in August I went to the WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photographers International) Road Show in Seattle Washington to see Jasmine Star, among others, speak. While there I stayed with family and one of the days I had the chance to met my cousins beautiful niece Ella. So what did I do, after a day of getting totally pumped up at the photo show? You got it, I took pictures of little Miss Ella! She was great and we all had a great time!
