A maternity shoot in Jefferson Oregon with the Meekins!

He was nervous and so was she…
One of the first times I met Shawna and Spencer they were nervous to hold a brand new baby. They had come to meet Baily (my god daughter). They just gazed at her, in awe of how this little person had come from the love of two people. In awe at how tiny she was, how beautiful.
I remember chatting with the Meekins later that year about when they were planning on starting a family. “Not any time soon” they both said. A couple of years passed and my group of friends went through celebrating engagements, weddings and even more babies.
Now it is time for us all to celebrate the Meekins. Any day now they are expecting to have little Peyton. A little person made from the love of two people. A tiny, beautiful little girl.
Shawna and Spencer are no longer nervous… they are eagerly awaiting to hold this little girl and never let her go.
Shawna… you. are. beautiful!

A maternity shoot in Corvallis Oregon with the Hadder’s!
- January 8th, 2011
The Hadder family is growing by one!
You may remember the Hadder’s wedding from my old blog and I am so glad they are on my blog again! Casey, Mackenzie and their cute little girl are welcoming a new addition on 1-11-11! They just found out yesterday that would be their baby’s birthday, pretty cool huh! We are all anxiously awaiting the arrival and feeling the anticipation of pink or blue!
I have known Kenzi for a while now and I hold our friendship close to my heart. She is one of the strongest women I know. Going through the first part of her pregnancy alone while Casey was at basic training and school for the air force. Staying home, not feeling the best and taking care of a very active toddler deserves one heck of a pat on the back in my book!
I can not wait to meet and capture the new addition!

Thank you Hadders for letting me tag along for your photo shoot. I had a blast playing with McKaley. Steph your work impresses me every time. Thank you for letting me share in the fun.

I remember that day when they came to meet Baily too. I went to hand Baily to Spencer and he just shook his head and said babies didn’t like him. Now Baily and him are best buds.
Thank you Shawna and Spencer for sharing this wonderful experience with us. Stephanie the pictures look amazing, I can’t wait to see more pics you capture of baby Payton when she is here. Love all of you guys!
I can’t thank you enough for all of your beautiful pictures. You have been there to capture these wonderful moments and it means so much to me! You are an amazing person and friend. Love you Stephanie, and you too Michelle. We are so blessed to be a part of both of your lives.
